paduka is best for self study.........

Go for Padhukas.  best book for your conditions

surbhi bansal mam notes is outstanding for audit ,

nt new book bt  kisi past students se le lo unke class notes

Aruna Jha is good but module, SA, AS & Guidance Notes should be your base.

use Aruna Jha for reference (case studies given at the back are really important).

But apart from other topics do Company Audit from Aruna Jha.

Institute material is the best for Audititng Prepare ur own notes from it.. ....

after the for final revision go for audit note by bharat Academy.. it has more simplicty in words and explains everything without exgrating......

if you want do thesis or Ph.D in Audit then go for Paduka........

otherwise i will suggest you to buy any book all publisher or author just copy paste the material from the institute module

the difference is only of the Presentation.......

surbhi bansal and paduka is best. but i will also suggest u to go through the ICAI study material

Padhuka book is 567 pages and the advantage is its in a question and answer format..and the questions asked this time in may attempt wer there in dat book as questions...not even word changed..ditto..full coverage...its lik a replica of the institute material..it has past 20 years questions included...but the disadvantage is covering the book once wil consume a lotta time..so revision becomes difficult...

Surbhi bansal's book is very consise... only 250 pages...has exactly wat is required...full coverage...but wen it comes to exams recollecting and writing it becomes little difficult...but during study process u can finish this book and go for 3 time revision..it also has past 5 years quesions ..

if time is not a constraint go for padhuka..els surbhi bansal...
