Ipcc/atc orientation programme reg. form

I have been looking for Orientation Program Registration form for days, visited the WIRC office for a copy of the form, but couldn't get the form. Atlast one of my colleague provided me the registration form.

Considering the diffculties I faced just to get the form and to help other students, I have attached the WIRC Orientation Program registartion Form.

With the form, one has to submit a DD of Rs. 3,000.00 in the name "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India" payable at MUMBAI
