I have passsed group1 IPCC in May12 with 225 marks.[Attempted both groups]
Should I get 150 marks to pass in group2 in Nov12 attempt or 350-225=125 marks sufficient to pass group 2?

No No you have to score 150 marks in 2nd Group. Set off only available when you are appearing for Both Group. Keep in your mind this thing.
U have get 40 marks in each subject & overall 150 marks out of 300 marks to clear group 2 no set off is applicable when u r giving 2 groups seperatly.
