If an Article Clerk want to transfer from PCC to IPCC after completing 1 year of articleship & want to discontinue articleship hence forth, then does the 1 year of his articleship period allready served will be counted or not.

it will be counted but dont get you y u want to convert now to ipcc when you already completed 1 years article...you can continue with pcc na.you can finish of exam then rest articles then final..my suggestions is, go on with pcc...
