I have a query regarding raising tax invoice in case of pvt limited company.
Suppose if it took a franchise of any restaurant,so can he raise invoice on the name of that brand(Trade name) instead of its legal name(a pvt. Ltd)..

Yes you can but it will be better if you also mention the legal name.
