Invoice to international company
I am raising an invoice to a company which is located outside india. sholud i charge service tax or not?

Dear Member,
No Service tax shall be leviable on you for service provided outside India.
we are exporters , how can we refund service tax which was paid throught transport, telephone bill and rent
