distribution for busting a sale our products. Products are without MRP and not for sale; it is

We are sending this Physician Sample to our MRs with preparing a documents. We are given the name of this document is “Physician Sample Invoice”
My question is that is this a correct name of Document? Can we say this document is a invoice?
