Your date of invoice must be most important
All the invoices issued in a particular month should shown in that month GSTR 3B. Other wise you have to pay tax along with interest.
You can disclose in may 3B. However, interest will be levied on delayed payment of tax
Yes you can. Only thing which you will have to do additionally is pay interest for that invoice
