Under GSTR 1, for B2C sales, you have to only give Total Taxable Value and rate of tax on that sales. You don't need to provide invoice wise details. Provided the invoices are of less than Rs. 250,000/-. I presume restaurant would not have any invoice which is more that Rs. 250,000/-.
