Invoice format for my customers under gst

Hello!

I want to know about the Invoice Format in GST , at present scenario every dealer issued invoice to there customer in there seprate format although there is same information contained in each dealer invoice but the format is different , now i wanna make a special invoice format for my customers under GST.

Invoice should. be as per rule 46 of the CGST act 2017 .

Dear Sir/Madam,

Mention the following most important Information in your GST Invoice.
1) Supplier Name, Address & GST Number.
2) Customer Name, Address & GST Number.
3) HSN Codes and GST Rates, etc.,
4) Bank Details
5) Mention Authorized Signature, Invoice Prepared Signature & Stock Verification Signature. etc.,
