Invoice date and removal date - regarding

We are Manufacturing Unit and We are going to use Two type of date in GST Invoice...Due to Generate E -Way Bill ---

1) Invoice Date  and 2) Removal Date  -----

Like 1) Invoice Date 05/03/2018 and 2) Removal Date 06/03/2018

Question : 1)  Is Above Procedure Authenticate ???? 

Question: 2) In Daily Stock Register Which Date to Entry in Goods Removal Column ?? 

                     Invoice Date 05/03/2018 OR Removal Date 06/03/2018
