Yes you can claim refund under Inverted duty structure in form RFD 01
Thank you .. will this be auto poputated at the portal or we have to mannually submit
Rfd-01 to be filed in the portal under refunds tab
You have to manually fill the form

Is there any Time limit in filing this RFD-01 with the portal.
2 years from the date of filing of 3b of respective month
2 years from the date of filing Gstr 3b
