You can file a condonation delay request on the income tax e-filing website.
Step 1 : Login
Step 2 : My account>service request>new request>condonation request option> select reason for verification of ITR V(available five option)
👉 note there is no time limit to file condonation request. You can trace status of your request.Once approved, you can verify your return.

Hi Angel- What date did you "Everify" the condonation request and on what date was it rejected?

1) Send ITR-V to bangalore by Speed Post. After few days it will be reflected in your e-filed returns that ITR-V recieved after due date
2) Then follow the Steps given by Shri Sunil above.
