Intraday Trading Gains treatment as STCG or Business

Hello,  Please guide if  the profit made in Intraday Trading needs to be shown as STCGain or as separate Business Income in my ITR.3.    Also if interest paid under Margin Trading Fund to the service provider, can be adjusted with such Intraday Trading profit.  Thanks n regards
