What is the procedure to transfer capital goods from one state to another state in case of infrastructure company.

can some tell us the format for such a delivery challan, where the transfer  of goods is within the same city of same GST number . (basically stock transfer from one godown to another)

Dear Friends,

We have two GST Registration in the same State (Madhya Pradesh)

We have taken two Registrtion because it was having two Vat TIN number due to their respective zone and facilities

Now we have to transfer Stock from One Unit to another and transfer the entire stock as shifting of unit.

Please guide how to transfer Stock in this case. In both the GST number the another place is registered as additional place of Business.
