contact to your assesing officer/income tax ward with all the challans and tds certificates for that assessment year. There may be some discrepancy in your return and tds credit may have been short allowed.

kindly check the assessment order for AY 2008-09. If there is any mistake in the order, please bring it to the notice of the AO.
