intimation u/s 143(1)

It is pretty simple:

a) Draft a letter stating details such as when did u file your return of income and where and also mention the details of of TDS Deducted thereon.

b) Attach a self attested copy of TDS certificate to the letter.

c) Ask the ITO in the letter only to do the necessary rectification to the records.

d) Get the letter acknowledged from the ITO

e) And also file a fresh letter seeking refund.. at the earliest.

Write a letter to A.O. regarding not considering TDS deducted......and file the letter with A.O. in person along with the original copy of TDS certificates.....Nothing to worry.......
