I have received a letter from IT department issue is Intimation of non filing of e-TDS quarterly statement. but I have already filled 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarterly (Nil return) submitted to NSDL. how to replay IT department above matter. please write down the replay urgent.

Please write a letter the ITO (TDS) from whom the notice has been received, by mentioning that you have already filed the TDS return and also enclose the receipt of TDS return obtained from the NSDL

i have received notice from ITO TDS for non filling e-TDS statement for F.Y.2010-11, but i am not in operation in my business and not deducted any TDS for that F.Y., please tell me how to reply(i.e Format) this notice and what attachment should i enclosed?? and also tell me how surrender my TAN no. because firm is no longer in operation now & in future....
