Intestate

Sir,

i had to become a joint account holder with my ailing grandmother's bank account  as  a trustee 

Now that she is no more,  and a decent amount in bank as balance which i can operate,  

this amount needs to be distributed with the heirs ( 4 in number )

so, can i  issue  cheques  to them ,and if so how do i show entry 

will there be any implications on me
