I have not TIN number under Kerala VAT and I want to Purchase Goods from Coimbatore. How can I transport this goods from Coimbatore to Kerala. Should I have to Pay Tax on both the state.

Dear Sunil if you are the end user of the product that is to be purchased from Coimbatore and you are willing to pay the full rate of CST to the supplier, then you need not get yourself registered. In other words, TIN shall not be required. However, Entry Tax, if applicable on the product, will have to be paid by you in Kerala.
