i want to know can i purchase goods from other state without gst Registration having invoice value of more than 120000?

Yes you can puchase interstate but you cant sale interstate as unregistered

You can not make inter state supply without having gst registration

No restriction for interstate supply without gst registration. he has to obtain registration immediately. even if he doesn't obtain, no restriction in supply as such. he will face consequences that's all

Yes, you can purchase from other state even if the invoice value is more than 1lakh

There are no restrictions on purchase of interstate goods .
A casual taxable person ontending to deal with the same can purchase such goods interstate without having registration.

@ mujeeb transport company are asking me to reduce the bill value because u r not registered so it will be dangerous to purchase stock of invoice value more than lakh?

If proper E way bill is generated by supplier then i dont see any restriction/contraventions of the act and you would be good to go

Yes, you can make interstate purchase of Rs. 1,20,000 even if you do not have any gst registration.

Because there is no such restriction on inter state purchase.

Please ensure the supplier makes an e-way bill before dispatching the goods.

@ ca puja yes he is generating eway bill on every bill but transport company are making issue in this

That is a seperate issue all together.

That is a logistics issue.

But for high value items and secured supply without any hindrance gst registration is a must.

The transport company should not make because you are correct from law perspective. Tell them there is no GST tax evasion so he wont face any problem in transportation
