I want to know about if I purchase certain goods in interstate purchase under cst act now such goods laying in stock on 1st july then I take of such goods input credit under transnational provisions under gst act or not?

Yes, the ITC is admissible under transitional provisions. Pl refer to the SGST rules for more details.

No......
CST purchase related Tax is avail as ITC in GST...
In case it's ED invoice then You can claim the ED amount...
