Interstate Eway bill
in case of inter State sale of Rs.30000,Eway bill is required? and buyer is a unregistered person.

No ,.. as per Notification 12/2018 CT , eway bill to be generated only if goods value exceed 50k, & being move via motorised conveyance
Thus in your case the value is less then 50k no need to generate Eway

As per your query Eway bill not required.
E-WAY Bill not to be generated by the person who is causing the movement of Goods if the CONSIGNMENT VALUE does not exceeds Rs. 50,000.
