I think Exempt supply is also part of turnover for GST audit.
REQUIRED FOR AS PER GST ACT 2017
No...... its exempted in term of Notification 12/2017 CT (R) .
And As per Section 23 of CGST , the person who deals in exlusively in Exempted Income is not liable obtain registration
