Internal audit of service station

1. Check whether all vehicle service receipts are accounted, recorded using job cards, and are subsequently billed.

2. In case of free service, ensure whether the labour charges are claimed as per the standards presribed by the head organisation.

3. Verify whether service tax is collected for service delivery, at proper rate(if it is applicable)

4. Conduct Physical verfication of service vehicles in a surprise manner.

5. Conduct Surprise physical verification of cash.
