Interest u/s 234f calculated while tax calculation in excel file generated for offline rectification

Please guide if I'm making offline rectification of ITR for AY 2020-21 by downloading the excel file, interest u/s 234f is auto-populated while validating the file, how this correction can be made. 

Offline rectification is due to the reason that self assessment challan details were not uploaded while filing the return.

Return has been filed within the due date which was 31.12.20 (extended due to covid).

Please guide.
