can u please tell me what is the interest rate for late remittance of tds? is it 1% or 1.5%?

hello,
interest rate for late payment of TDS are :
For the late collection of TDS you have to pay interest @ 1%
and
for the TDS you collcted but not paid, on that amount TDS with Interest @ 1.5%.
