any one can notice that before jurstification report provided by nsdl have late payment interest calculated 2 months only for 31.march deducted paid in 17 may but now as per cpc it is 3 month defaults.
is it department NSDL or CPC can frame IT ACT interest rate and period given in IT ACT
why the difference.

NSDL issued Notice By Calculation 30 Days As 1 Month And Now Traces Is Calculating By Calender Month And Resending Old Settled Notices.
