No, that is not permitted. But interest on RPF to the extent of 9.5% pa is exempt from tax.
RPF interest exempt upto 9.50%
if exceeding 9.50% added to your salary, which means it is taxable income
so you cannot claim interest on pf u/s 80 C
so you cannot claim interest on pf u/s 80 C
interest on PF is exempted under section 10
