Please confirm me the latest rate of interest on late payment of Haryana VAT. Is it 1.5% or is it 1%?? If possible please also mention the notification (ammendment) no. and date. We are having a huge discussion/ arguement with the client.

Hi Susan ,
late payment interest @ 1.5% per month for delay upto three months and 3% per month if the delay is beyond three months will be payble for haryana Vat.
18% for first 90 days and afterwards 24%
