26 November 2018What is the treatment of loan taken from any person to construct a property and another loan taken to set off the previous loan . Whether the second loan interest is eligible for deduction under IFHP, if not how it can be claimed. Pls reply..

Loan taken from Housing finance corporation or Bank or From Limited company eligible for 80C deduction , whether it is fresh loan or renwed to close previous loan
