Interest of 234a, b and c urgent plzz reply

If in the assessment proceedings some of the expenses becomes disallowed and the income increases , so please advice whether the interest under section-234a, b and c would be applicable or not while calculating tax on regular assessment, further the return under section 139 is not liable to interest under any of these section.
