X borrowed Rs. 106000.00 @ 21% pa on 10/03/2001 (date of repayment of loan :-16/01/2010, date of completion of construction 06/03/2006 for the purpose of construction of the property. Beside on 10/04/2008 X borrows 215000.00 @ 18% pa for the reparing the House property.
