yes . partner of llp can give loan to llp @ 0 interest..better it is traeted as additional capital brought in to LLP by partner.. LLP agreement may contain a clause regarding the said transaction....no other restriction for it.
yes partner can take / give loan to LLP at 0%
if LLP take Loan from his parteners, any requirments of filing in ROC for taking loans from partener
