Inter state storage GST applicable or not ?

Our industry manufacturer of Fruit & beverages like fruit Pulp & concentrate and juices and dices .Dices product put at storage in mines -18 degree temperature cold storage chamber only.Now mango fruit season stated ,this season nearly 02 months ,our cold storage room capacity is limited , that's why we are sending to another state (it's rental bases ) for storage purpose. Kindly give to us suggestion how to send material (finished goods ) to cold storage, with GST invoice (or ) Delivery challan. GST applicable or not.
