I manufacturer some goods and also go to sale in other state ie dealer is same person to inter in other state invoice is required

Facts are not clear from your Qn. But I will try.
If you are Mfg in State A, you need a GST registration in State A.
If you have a branch in State B, you will need a separate GST Registration in State B.
If you take Stock from State A to State B occassionally to Exhibitions or Fairs for sale, then you may need to register in State B as a "Casual Taxable Person".
