can anybody help that
if A sells the goods to B( who in bombay), from Delhi and booked the material directly to gujarat ( another firm of B) now I want to know that is this trasaction evoke the E1 sale ,
( As per my knowledge if B transfer the goods to another dealer then E1 is required ) ,
what do you say. Pl comments
FORM E1 is required in case of sales covered u/s 6(2) of the VAT ACT of the respective state . E1 form is issued by the seller after recieving the C FORM from the buyer . In the present case the material has been booked in the another firm of B , that means the material is being purchased by FIRM B of mumbai but since the goods have been booked in GUJARAT it is BRANCH TRANSFER by B of mumbai to B of GUJARAT . Hence FORM F would be required to be issued by the B of gujarat to B of mumbai .
