Insurance commission received once only

Hii all,,,

an assessee is having tution income during the year..

once in the year assessee received insurance commission of only 6200 on which tds 621 u/s 194D is deducted..

according to me i can file ITR-4 OR ITR-4S ..According to you which is best  ITR FORM for this situation so that there is no problem in getting the refund of rs 621/-

share your views please..

U have to file itr4 as both are business income

hii SIR ,,, thanks for the revert.. can you please tell me that why can not i file ITR-4S??

No records or books of accounts ae available for tution income and also the incme from tution is not fix. 

Can i show the tution income together with the 6200 rs of insurance commission OR can i show it under the head other sources.??

pls suggest the best one for the present situation

prepare itr 4s.... show tuition income under pgbp and comm. income under other sources... no problem in this way...

File itr-4s, bcz u r not maintain books of accounts, show tution income in 44AD nd commision income in other source column nd get full refund frm dpt...
