Our unit is Excise Automoiles Parts manufacturing unit, the inputs (Velcro) received us from Surat (Gujrath). The material is Exsemt from Excise, the material can we sell to pther party in Nasjik (Maharastra) The duty is nill or 10.30% charges give advise.

if inputs is exept from excise,& if sell material as such then you can sell w/o paying duty. if you do manufacturing activites with this inputs then you have to pay appropiate duty.
