Input tax related

Good morning
I already took the input tax credit on the purchases for the year 2017-18. my supplier doesn't upload my invoices in GST portal. I have the physical invoice copies. Dept. Extended the duedate for filing gstr-1 and 3B till march 2019,so can I ask my supplier to amend his return by uploading my invoices?

Sir Correct you should insist to your supplier to upload the return so that you willnot be disallow the credit. However one point I would like to share the as per Section 16 of CGST Act,there are 4 condition for taking ITC

1. Invoice should be there

2. You have actually receive the good or service

3. Supplier has depositd the tax

4 Supplier has filled the return u/s 39 (i.e. GSTR 3B / GSTR 3). Please do not satisified of the purchase is appearing in 2A as it is the confirmation that supplier has file the GSTR 1.

Hope your query is resolved. Pls confirm.

Yes, tell your supplier to account the missed invoices in order reflect in 2A.
Thanks a lot for your valuable information sir.
Yes... I agreed to above said replies..

Also with If You have valid Tax Invoice as per GST then You can claim ITC based on invoice...

In current scenario You can claim (already claimed). No need to worry about ITC.
Yes, agree with Mr Raja sir's view...
