I am a textile job workers can I claim input tax credits on purchase of two wheeler on 12 installment

Depends on the Situation that the two wheeler you have purchased is used for personal use & for the purpose of further resale. if you purchase 2wheeler for personal use so can't claim ITC if you purchase 2wheeler for Further resale you can claim ITC
Since you are not in business of re-sale of two wheeler, you are not eligible for input credit.
ITC not eligible - Section 17(5) of CGST Act
