Yes Input tax credit of SGST can be availed while payment of IGST.
Credit of all three i.e CGST, SGST IGST can be used for discharging IGST liability, whereas only credit of IGST & CGST can be taken for payment of CGST and that of IGST & SGST can be taken for payment of SGST
