i am taken credit of telephone bill but did not provide gst no. to the service provider. so plz tell me solution for that

i mean,Input tax credit of the tax paid on telephone bill charges is eligible,but your Gst no show on the telephone bill,otherwise you cannot claim

reverse the itc with interest at 24% p.a
you can reverse the itc till March 2019 gstr 3b & pay interest on that amount. You can read minutes of 31st meeting of GST council. they have allowed this.
You have to reverse the ITC wrongly claimed by you alongwith 24% interest p.a.
is this iniligible itc or reverse itc
