Thank you for reply. But restaurant business of 5 gst can avail any ITC. If yes please say notification number. It will so helpful to me.
No , the resturant service provider cannot avail ITC , As per notification 46/2017 CT(r) without ITC , charge 5%
Those restaurant charging 5% GST are not eligible for ITC....
