Sir
Can we take itc on Medicine purchase for employee ????

In my opinion, yes. Because it satisfies the primary condition for claiming ITC that the goods or services or both should be used or intended to be used in the course or furtherance of business. As per section 17(5) only health services and health insurance are ineligible supplies. Since medicines are not covered there, I guess the credit should be available because the well being of an employee is necessary for running the business. Other readers may have a different opinion.
you cannot get itc benefit of medical expenses. if you have a medical shop or business ,then you can claim your itc.
No... ITC not available.
