Input tax credit on common services

I use some common services on my proprietor firm which is given below . Can i claim itc on these services ?

1. Electricty By jodhpur discom

2. Telephone (BSNL) & Mobile Service

3. Bank CC account ( Bank Charge like Cash Handling cahrge NEFT/ Interest or Limit Renewal )

4. Water  Service
