IS IT POSSIBLE TO CLAIM INPUT TAX CREDIT ON FIXED ASSETS LIKE COMPUTER , ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS .... ETC

yes u can claim ITC on capital goods used for the purpose of business

but if you claim itc then u have to charge depreciation on ass value ok
