One of my supplier collected GST from us but never deposited to dept, never file GST returns, his GST got cancelled now he activated the same and file the returns including our payment, my question is whether I get ITC of Nov 22 month.

Yes you can avail the said Input Credit in current month or till filing of October 2023 GSTR 3B.
