input tax credit in different states

I have branches in Gujrat Chennai and goa, and having HQ in Mumbai I have taken postal service to distribute sample to different vendors resided in above states post office raising bill to Mumbai only but I have to book this expanse in different branches so how can I get input tax credit different branch vise because post office is raising only one bill in Maharashtra wit cgst and sgst

show full ITC in Mumbai.. Then pass a JV to your respective branchs.. 

No way...
You can adjust only in Mumbai based transactions. No way for other State branches...
You ll get invoices from Post Office for all other transactions to the particular States....

(Also other State branches handling one of the other company)
sir but if I book (transfer) some portion of expenses in other state branch (for costing purpose) then how can I take full input tax credit in Maharashtra state
post office dose not raise me state wise bills...they refuse to do it...
