agar woh person bhi works contract service provide kar raha hai, tabhi credit le sakta hai

agar ham government contact le kar kaam karte hai aur usme material purchase karte hai to us purchase pe Jo input tax hai uska claim ham le sakte hai ya nah I??? please advice
